PIOPPINO

The Agrocybe Aegerita, commonly known in Italy as Pioppino, is one of the most delicious, fragrant and popular edible mushrooms. It is a fairly adaptable species saprophyte that lends itself very well to artificial cultivation.

Its organoleptic properties make it one of the most popular mushrooms in the kitchen. When cooking emits an intense aroma, noticeable from a distance.

The energy and nutritional values are similar to those of the Champignon.
